Ranly Design is seeking a motivated Entry to Mid-Level Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team. This position is available as a Co-Op or full-time role and offers the opportunity to work on a variety of mechanical design and manufacturing projects. While prior experience is a plus, it is not required — we are open to recent graduates or individuals eager to learn and grow in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Create 3D mechanical designs and develop 2D manufacturing prints using Solid Edge, SolidWorks, or Inventor. Collaborate with outside suppliers to improve designs and troubleshoot production challenges.

Support product design and tooling development to optimize manufacturing processes. Design tools, fixtures, and components for specialized machines and stamping dies. Participate in occasional travel (5–10%) to verify prints, inspect prototypes, and support implementation.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.

Experience with 2D CAD software (AutoCAD preferred).

Familiarity with 3D modeling software such as Solid Edge, SolidWorks, or Inventor is preferred.

Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and problem-solving mindset.
