Our latest addition, the FARO Arm coupled with PolyWorks software, allows us to provide 100% CMM inspection of racks and complex assemblies. This ensures our customers receive components that meet exact specifications, every time. The accuracy and versatility of this system give us a powerful quality control advantage, streamlining inspection processes while maintaining the highest standards.
We’ve also expanded our in-house capabilities with the new Bambu Labs H2D 3D printer. This advanced system enables us to rapidly prototype and produce functional parts such as TPU dunnage, plastic flippers, spacers, and flipper fingers—reducing lead times and increasing design flexibility. Our technology-first approach is rounded out by the use of interactive PDFs, allowing clients to engage with detailed 3D design files directly, enhancing communication and collaboration throughout every phase of the project.
3d Printer
With the addition of our Bambu Labs H2D 3D printer, we’ve expanded our in-house manufacturing capabilities to include high-quality, rapid 3D printing. This technology allows us to produce custom TPU dunnage, plastic flippers, spacers, flipper fingers, and other functional components quickly and cost-effectively. By printing these parts in-house, we reduce lead times, improve design flexibility, and respond faster to customer needs—all while maintaining tight control over fit, form, and function.
Quantum E Max FaroArm paired with Polyworks
Our Quantum E Max FaroArm, paired with PolyWorks software, brings high-precision inspection directly to the shop floor. This advanced portable CMM technology allows us to perform 100% dimensional inspection of racks and other complex components with speed and accuracy. Whether verifying first articles or conducting final quality checks, we ensure every part meets exact specifications. Upon completion, we provide detailed inspection reports, giving our clients full confidence in the quality and consistency of their parts.
